In order to register you must:

Read and carefully review the PSC Soccer Club Participant Policy(Click Here) and the Communicable Disease Release Liability form (Click Here). You will “Electronically Sign” your agreement during the registration process. Feel free to download and or print it if you wish.
Fill out the form found below the Participant Policy. The red asterisk * indicates a required field.
Pay the appropriate registration fee. Your registration is NOT complete until you fill out the form below AND pay!
Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Plymouth Soccer Club. Keep your receipt for proof of registration.
This registration is only for the Goalie Camp.
